FRAGCON has a clear bag policy.
Clear bags must not exceed the size requirements established by venue security.
Only small personal bags are permitted. Bags must not exceed 8” x 6” x 2” and must be clear/see-through. Backpacks, tote bags, large purses, oversized bags, and luggage are not permitted.
All bags are subject to security screening upon entry.

Only approved FRAGCON exhibitors may distribute fragrances, fragrance samples, promotional items, business materials, or marketing materials.
Attendees, creators, guests, and non-exhibiting brands may not distribute products, allow others to sample products, promote their businesses, or distribute promotional materials anywhere on event property.
Unauthorized promotion or distribution will result in removal from the event without a refund and may result in a soliciting citation from the City of Houston.
FRAGCON is a community event, and our approved vendors have invested in helping create this experience. If you would like your fragrances, samples, or products promoted at FRAGCON, please contact the FRAGCON team so we can discuss approved sponsorship, exhibitor, or sampling opportunities.
Yes. Children are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
However, children over the age of 2 require a full-priced ticket.
Please note that FRAGCON is a fragrance-focused event where thousands of fragrance sprays, scent strips, and fragrance demonstrations will take place throughout the venue. This environment may not be suitable for infants, babies, or children who are sensitive to fragrances.
Parents who choose to bring children do so at their own discretion and assume all responsibility for their child's comfort and well-being during the event.

Many brand founders, perfumers, content creators, retailers, and industry professionals will be present throughout the event for meet-and-greets, masterclasses, panel discussions, networking opportunities, and special appearances.

Attendees may fly into either George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) or William P. Hobby Airport (HOU). Both airports serve the Houston area.
Yes. Select partner hotels will have shuttle service running approximately every 30 minutes.
For added convenience, FRAGCON has also chartered a large bus to help transport vendors and attendees to and from the hotel and event venue.
You do not have to stay at the partner hotel in order to use the FRAGCON chartered bus.
Yes. FRAGCON will have a food court area where attendees can sit, relax, eat, and recharge during the event.
VIP attendees will also have access to multiple VIP lounge areas where they can sit, relax, and enjoy the VIP experience.

No. The Awards After Party requires a separate ticket. Your FRAGCON event ticket does not automatically include entry into the after party.
No. The Rooftop Mixer is free for FRAGCON attendees; however, space is limited and registration is required.
You must register for the Rooftop Mixer and have a valid mixer ticket to enter.
Yes. For your convenience, FRAGCON will offer early check-in on Thursday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
During early check-in, attendees may pick up their pass and wristband in advance, allowing for a smoother entry experience on event day.
Yes. Every VIP ticket holder will receive a VIP swag bag, regardless of when the VIP ticket was purchased.
Payment methods may vary by vendor. Many vendors are expected to accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, and digital payment methods.
There will be a designated swag bag pickup window at the event. Eligible attendees will be able to pick up their swag bag during event hours.
Yes. FRAGCON will feature several food vendors offering a variety of food options to accommodate different tastes, dietary preferences, and dietary restrictions.
