FRAGCON was founded by Clara Igwala-Anumege, a lifelong fragrance lover, collector, and professional event curator with years of experience producing festivals and large-scale community experiences across the Southern United States.

Driven by a deep passion for fragrance and human connection, Clara envisioned a space where the entire fragrance world could come together. Her goal was simple: to create a convention that celebrates artistry, craftsmanship, and the shared love of scent while bringing brands, perfumers, and fragrance lovers into one unified experience.

Under her leadership, FRAGCON has grown from a passion project into a global movement designed to connect cultures, elevate creators, and celebrate fragrance as a universal language.
